Good to know
- Each caplet is the naproxen sodium in one Aleve (220 mg) plus the antihistamine sleep aid in Benadryl and Tylenol PM (diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg).
- Advil PM uses ibuprofen with diphenhydramine citrate 38 mg, and Tylenol PM uses acetaminophen 500 mg with diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg — different pain relievers.
- The label says naproxen may decrease the heart-attack and stroke benefit of aspirin; ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take aspirin for that.
