Good to know
- Unisom SleepGels are a different drug: diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg, not doxylamine. Unisom SleepMelts and SleepMinis are diphenhydramine too — only Unisom SleepTabs contain doxylamine.
- Kirkland Signature Sleep Aid (Costco) is doxylamine succinate 25 mg, the same active ingredient and strength as Unisom SleepTabs.
- Doxylamine is also the sleep ingredient in many nighttime cold & flu products; the label says not to combine products containing doxylamine.
